A shared foundationfor ambitious ideas.
Sameday Design Group brings together businesses and products shaped by design expertise, technical execution and entrepreneurial initiative. Each one starts with a practical problem and is built to solve it well.
Design taught us where businesses get stuck.
Sameday Design Group began with design work: building brands, websites and digital experiences for businesses of many kinds.
Doing that work up close revealed the same frictions again and again. Businesses found it hard to present themselves clearly, to get their work online, to keep a website healthy after launch, and to bill clients in a way that looked as professional as everything else.
Solving those problems one project at a time was useful. Building focused businesses and products that address them directly is more useful still. That shift, from delivering design to building with it, is why Sameday exists.
- From design expertiseUnderstanding businesses through brand and digital design work.
- To product developmentTurning recurring problems into focused tools and services.
- To building businessesGiving each solution the foundations to grow on its own.
Six businesses and products, in three forms.
Our portfolio spans brand development, web publishing, website care, invoicing and distributed human work. Each operates in the way that best serves its customers, which is why we build in more than one form.
-
Businesses
Operations led by people, where value comes from judgement, craft and coordination delivered directly to clients.
-
Products
Focused offerings with a clear scope that customers use directly, improved release by release through real use.
-
Developing ventures
Ideas being shaped before public launch. We share their scope only when it is confirmed.
Connected by approach. Independent in operation.
01A design foundation
Every business in the portfolio is shaped by design thinking: understanding users, structuring information and presenting it with clarity.
02A focus on practical problems
Each one addresses a specific, recognisable need in how businesses present themselves, operate and get work done.
03A shared standard of care
The same expectations for quality, honesty and follow-through apply whether we are delivering a service or shipping software.
Each business and product keeps its own brand, customers, accounts and terms. What they share is a way of building, not shared systems or bundled services.
A lasting group, grown deliberately.
We want Sameday Design Group to be known for businesses that are useful, well made and trusted. That means growing deliberately: strengthening each business and product before adding the next, and developing new ventures only when there is a clear problem to solve.
Our home market is Nigeria, and that is where our understanding begins. The challenges our products address are shared by businesses in many places, so we design with wider relevance in mind.
To create practical businesses and digital products that help people and organizations work with greater clarity, confidence, and capability.
To grow a lasting technology and design group from Nigeria, building products and businesses with relevance beyond our home market.

Five values, applied every day.
Values only matter if they change decisions. These five describe how we choose what to build, how we build it, and how we look after it afterwards.
We define a problem precisely before we try to solve it, and we describe our businesses and products in plain language. If a customer cannot understand what something does in a sentence or two, the work is not finished.
In practice: one clear proposition for each business, and copy that says what a product does rather than what it promises.
Interfaces, invoices, websites and code all deserve the same attention. Quality shows in the details customers notice, and in many they never will but still benefit from.
In practice: details are checked before release rather than corrected after someone complains.
Each business is accountable for what it delivers. When something goes wrong, we take responsibility, fix it and learn from it rather than looking elsewhere for the cause.
In practice: we measure success by the customer’s result, not by whether the task was technically completed.
We adopt new technology, including AI, where it removes real friction for customers. Novelty on its own is not a reason to build something.
In practice: AI features such as visual editing in htmlhost and assisted invoice creation in ColorInvoice exist because they save people time.
We build businesses meant to last. That means protecting customer trust, growing at a sustainable pace, and being honest about what is ready and what is still in development.
In practice: developing ventures are labelled as such, and we only describe what has been confirmed.
